For a healthy skin, Vitamin B is essential, which can be procured from fresh vegetables, milk and wholewheat. Alcohol, coffee and tea interfere with the body’s ability to assimilate Vitamin B. Diet is a widely discussed subject — what to eat and what not to eat. It is advised that you must eat a little of everything.
